Jason Dressman is a retired business owner. The consummate salesman, he is a key member of the Sponsorship Committee. He is also the liaison between the Board of Directors, the Festival staff and the Advisory Board. Jason has been a volunteer with the festival since its inception.

Bernita Walker is Co-founder and Executive Director of Project: Peacemakers, Inc., a non-profit public benefit corporation in Los Angeles that provides intervention and education for those escaping domestic abuse. She retired as a Los Angeles deputy sheriff and founded the Oluremi's Longhouse program, a center for sober living. Bernita is the CEO, Lord and Walker Publishing, and serves on the Los Angeles City Domestic Violence Task Force and 77th Division Community Police Advisory Board. The daughter of T-Bone Walker, Bernita has been the hostess of the blues fest since its inception.

Nancy Meyer is co-owner of Bates Meyer, Inc (music arts management). As an artist manager, Nancy Meyer has coordinated all aspects of her clients’ careers including; recording, publishing, publicity, touring, educational, symphony and performing arts engagements. She is also active in the area of Music Supervision and Rights Clearance. Currently, Bates Meyer, Inc. represents the estates of Aaron T-Bone Walker, Peter Chatman (professionally known as Memphis Slim), Lonnie Johnson, Jimmy Witherspoon, Shifty Henry and Ted Hawkins. Nancy has provided professional advice to the festival since its inception.

Nigel Sinclair

Nigel Sinclair is an independent film and television producer. He and his partner, Guy East, co-founded Intermedia Films in 1996, creating what is now one of the world's leading independent producers and distributors of major motion pictures. In 2000 Queen Elizabeth appointed him a Commander of the British Empire (CBE) in recognition of his work in the film industry. In 2002 Sinclair and East launched their independent feature film and television production company, Spitfire Pictures, a company dedicated to fostering the work of major artistic talents in both Britain and the United States. Nigel has produced documentaries on Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Eric Clapton, and George Harrison.

Geoff Cline

Geoff Cline is a former professional singer/songwriter and touring musician. After his band broke up and he had to get a lawyer, Mr. Cline went to law school at the University of Southern California Law Center, graduating in 1985. He practiced law in private practice with Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger, gaining experience in employment, entertainment, litigation (trials and appeals) and general corporate matters. In 1992, Mr. Cline became General Counsel for Lost Arrow Corporation, the parent holding company for Patagonia, Inc. and its related entities around the world. Mr. Cline left Patagonia to become Associate General Counsel for the House of Blues Entertainment. In 2003, he and some colleagues formed Sovereign Artists, Inc., an independent record company with an innovative business model. Sovereign Artists has released albums by Heart, the Crickets, Don Grusin (nominated for Best Contemporary Jazz Album 2004), Petra Haden & Bill Frisell, Loudon Wainwright III, Chris Hillman and Dee Dee Bridgewater (nominated for Best Jazz Vocal Album in 2005). Mr. Cline also has experience as a management consultant in corporate social responsibility, organizational development, communication skills and leadership. Geoff lives with his wife, Sallie Trout on the Pedernales River in the Hill Country outside of Austin, Texas, with their dogs and parrot. He is licensed to practice law in California and Texas.
